Delete your UseWise account

UseWise is published by LectureMee Labs. You can delete your account and the data we hold for it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open UseWise → More → Sync.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my UseWise account”. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account (email, name, password hash), sign-in sessions and device records.
• Every space only you use, with all its records.
• In a household shared with other people, the records stay for the other members, but your name is removed, notes you wrote are erased, and ownership passes to another adult or manager.

Not deleted: data already on your own phone (remove it by uninstalling the app), and encrypted backups, which expire within 30 days.
